Getting Started

How do I start a design project?

Choose a design package or send us your brief if you need help deciding. Design work begins once payment and the information needed for your project have been received.

When will I receive my design questionnaire?

Your questionnaire is normally emailed within 24 business hours of purchase. Check your spam folder and contact us with your order details if it has not arrived.

What should I include in my design brief?

Tell us your business name, audience, goals, preferred style and colours. Include the wording to appear in the design, examples you like and any existing brand files. For print work, include dimensions and your printer’s specifications.

Which currency are your design prices in?

Prices on this website are in US dollars (USD). Check the selected package and checkout total before paying.

Are there any additional design costs?

The package price covers the listed scope. Additional items, custom illustration, rush delivery or requirements outside that scope may need a separate quote. We will discuss additional work and its price before proceeding.

Can I request a custom design package?

Yes. Send us a list of the items you need, your goals and any deadline. We can discuss a scope that combines branding, print, packaging or website design.

What happens if the initial designs do not feel right?

Tell us what works, what does not and why. We will review your feedback and any additional references, then discuss the next design direction. Revision inclusions are listed in your selected package.

How do I request a refund or cancellation?

Contact us with your order details and current project stage so we can review your request under the applicable terms. Read our Terms & Conditions before ordering; do not assume every service has the same refund conditions.

Can you work to a specific deadline?

Please share your deadline before ordering. Rush options are available on selected packages, subject to availability. The schedule also depends on receiving your brief, content and feedback in time.

Logo Design & Brand Identity

How long does custom logo design take?

Initial logo concepts typically arrive within 4-5 business days after we receive and review your completed brief. Revisions usually take 1-2 business days per round. The final completion date depends on feedback and the number of rounds needed.

How many logo concepts will I receive?

The number of initial concepts depends on the package you choose. Compare the logo design packages for the concept count and included variations before ordering.

Are logo revisions included?

Our logo packages list unlimited revisions on the selected design. We refine your chosen direction using your feedback. If your requirements change beyond the original brief, we will discuss the scope with you.

What is the difference between a primary, alternate and sub logo?

A primary logo is your main brand signature. An alternate logo rearranges that identity for a different layout, such as a horizontal or stacked format. A sub logo or secondary mark is a simplified companion for smaller spaces. The exact variations are shaped around your brand and package.

What files will I receive for my logo?

Final formats depend on your package. Logo packages list formats such as AI, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG; some also list CDR. The Brand Identity package includes high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF and AI/EPS files. If you need SVG or another specific format, let us know before ordering.

How will I receive my final design files?

Final files are delivered by email or through a download link shared by email. The Brand Identity package includes organised folders with print-ready and web-ready formats.

What is a custom illustration logo?

A custom illustration logo includes bespoke drawn artwork, such as a pet, character or detailed decorative image. Send us your idea and references so we can quote for the illustration work and confirm the scope.

What is included in the $499 Brand Identity package?

The Brand Identity package includes a logo suite, colour palette, typography guidance, social media kit, business card, letterhead, email signature, brand guidelines and presentation mockups. It includes organised final files and unlimited revisions. See the package page for the complete scope and estimated schedule.

Can you design stationery using my existing logo?

Yes. Share your logo, brand colours, fonts and any existing brand guidelines. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or PDF is helpful for maintaining sharp print quality.

What information do you need for my business card?

Can I print the stationery files with my own printer?

Yes. The packages supply printable PDFs that you can take to your chosen printer. Share their size, bleed, colour and finishing requirements before we prepare the final artwork.

Are printing and delivery included in stationery packages?

These listings are for design files. Physical printing and delivery are not included unless explicitly agreed in a separate quote.

Print, Packaging & Labels

Which print design services do you offer?

Our design services include flyers, brochures, posters, business stationery, labels, boxes and other packaging artwork. Browse the shop for individual services or contact us about a custom requirement.

Does print or packaging design include a new logo?

A standalone print, label or packaging package does not include a new logo unless the listing says otherwise. We can use your existing brand identity or help you choose a separate logo or branding package.

What do I need to provide for packaging or label design?

Send your logo, product name, final copy, dimensions and a supplier-approved dieline or template. Include required product information and any printing or finishing specifications. You should review all product claims and required wording before approving the artwork.

What is a packaging dieline?

A dieline is the flat technical template showing a package’s cut, fold and glue areas. Ask your packaging supplier for the correct template so the artwork fits the structure they will manufacture.

How long does print or packaging design take?

Many individual print packages list 4-5 business days for initial concepts once the brief and assets are complete. Packaging complexity, multiple variants and revision rounds can affect the schedule. Confirm the timing for your selected service before ordering.

Which final files do you provide for print design?

Print design packages provide a print-ready PDF for the approved artwork. Share your printer’s requirements before final export. Editable source files and any additional formats should be confirmed against your package scope.

Are packaging mockups the same as production artwork?

No. Mockups show how a design could look on a product. Production artwork is prepared on the approved supplier template for printing. The finished colours, materials and finishes depend on your printer and production process.

Can you adapt a design for multiple product sizes or flavours?

Yes. Send us the complete list of sizes and variants, including different copy and templates. Each adaptation needs its own layout review, so we will confirm the scope and any additional cost before proceeding.

WordPress & E-Commerce Websites

Which website platforms do you work with?

We design WordPress websites and use WooCommerce for e-commerce projects. Tell us about the functionality you need so we can confirm the right package and any integrations.

How much does a website cost?

The current business website package is $399 USD, and the e-commerce website package is $499 USD. Additional functionality can affect the final quote. Refer to the package pages for current prices and inclusions.

How long does website design and development take?

The schedule depends on the page count, functionality, available content and feedback. The original planning range is 1-4 weeks for design, followed by 1-6 weeks for development. We will confirm a project-specific schedule after reviewing your requirements.

Can I review my website before it goes live?

Yes. We share a development preview so you can review the design and provide feedback. The website is published after your approval and once the necessary domain and hosting arrangements are ready.

How many website revisions are included?

Revision terms depend on your chosen package. The business website package currently lists unlimited design revisions. Confirm the scope of your selected package before starting; new features or additional pages may require a separate quote.

What should I prepare for my website project?

Prepare your logo, brand guidelines, page list, approved text, images and contact details. For a store, include product information, prices, images, shipping requirements and policies. We will also discuss your domain, hosting and required integrations.

Can I update the website myself after handover?

WordPress lets you manage website content through its administration area. Depending on the build, you can edit text, images, pages and products without writing code. More complex layout or functionality changes may need design or development support.

Can my online store accept PayPal payments?

The e-commerce package lists PayPal integration. Availability and setup depend on your business account, location and the payment provider’s requirements. We will confirm the configuration with you; payment-provider fees are separate from the website design fee.

Files, Handover & Support

What is the difference between vector and raster logo files?

Vector formats such as AI and EPS can scale without losing sharpness, making them useful for signage and print. Raster formats such as PNG and JPG contain pixels and are useful for digital use at the supplied size. A PDF can contain vector or raster artwork.

Which logo file should I use on my website?

A transparent PNG is useful when your logo needs to sit over a coloured background. JPG is suitable when a solid background is appropriate. If your website needs an SVG, confirm that format with us before final delivery.

Which files should I send to my printer?

Start with the print-ready PDF supplied for your project. For a logo-only application, the printer may request AI or EPS. Always check the printer’s required format, colour settings, dimensions and bleed.

Will my brand colours look identical on screen and in print?

Screens display light using RGB, while printed materials typically use CMYK inks or specified spot colours. Colour appearance can vary with the device, paper and printing process. Brand Identity includes HEX, RGB and CMYK values; ask your printer about a proof when colour matching is important.

What should I check before approving final artwork?

Check spelling, contact details, prices, dimensions, image quality and all product or business information. For print, confirm the supplier’s template and specifications. Send any corrections before you approve the final export.

Are fonts included with my brand identity files?

Brand Identity includes font selection and usage guidance. Font recommendations do not automatically include a licence to the font software. We can identify the fonts used so you can check the relevant licence for your intended use.

Does website design include ongoing maintenance?

The business website listing includes 30 days of support after completion. Ongoing maintenance, future content changes and additional development should be discussed separately. Domain, hosting and third-party service arrangements also need to be confirmed for your project.
