Weare Creatives operates this website under the WeAreCreatives brand. This notice describes the current wearecreatives.us website and enquiries sent to us. For privacy questions or requests, email gaurav@wearecreatives.co. Separate checkout, payment and social-media services also have their own privacy notices.
Information you provide
When you contact us or order a service, the information may include your name, email address, business name, project brief, supplied artwork, correspondence and order details. Provide only information needed for your project. Do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive account information in an enquiry.
How the enquiry form works
When email delivery is connected, the enquiry form sends your details through our email provider to gaurav@wearecreatives.co. The form reports whether the provider accepted the message. Enquiries are not stored in the website database, but are retained in our email correspondence. If delivery is unavailable, the form tells you and offers our email address.
Website and payment information
The hosting platform and its infrastructure providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and requested pages to deliver and protect the site. The current site source does not load analytics or advertising trackers. Order records are stored on this website, including selected services, totals, payment status, transaction references and payer email. PayPal processes payment credentials under its own notice. This website does not store card numbers. Guest orders are associated with a browser session; optional ChatGPT sign-in associates new orders with your site account.
Why information is used
Information provided for a project is used to respond to your enquiry, clarify requirements, communicate about your order and deliver the agreed service. Order records may also be needed for accounting, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Sending an enquiry is not consent to advertising tracking.
Service providers and international processing
Sites and Cloudflare D1 provide hosting and database storage. Resend handles form and order emails when connected, PayPal handles payments, and ChatGPT provides optional sign-in. Email and file-delivery providers also process project correspondence. These providers may process information outside your country. The countries and retention arrangements depend on the provider and service used. Contact us if you need details of the providers and processing locations relevant to your project before sharing confidential material.
Retention and security
Order, review and newsletter records are stored in our website database until removed by the administrator or following an applicable deletion request, subject to recordkeeping obligations. Reviews are moderated before publication; reviewer emails are not published. Newsletter subscriptions require email confirmation and may be cancelled using the confirmation email unsubscribe link. Temporary hashed request identifiers help limit abuse. Project and correspondence records may need to be retained for service delivery, accounting, legal obligations and disputes. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure; use an agreed secure transfer method for confidential project assets.
Your choices, access and complaints
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction, request deletion or raise a privacy concern by email. We may need to verify your identity and explain any legal reason a request cannot be fulfilled. Rights vary by applicable law. If a concern remains unresolved, you may contact the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.
