Weare Creatives (trading on this website as WeAreCreatives) provides custom graphic design, branding and website design services. Contact gaurav@wearecreatives.co about your order. Read the selected listing and any written quotation before purchasing. They describe the concepts, revisions, formats and other deliverables included in your order.
Prices and payment
Prices on this website are in US dollars (USD). Confirm the final total, including any applicable taxes or agreed extras, before paying. Work starts after payment and receipt of a complete brief, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Choose services in the basket on this website. PayPal payment is available when the checkout connection is active. If checkout is unavailable, contact us before arranging payment. Our India-registered PayPal account accepts international payments only; customers in India should contact us for another arrangement.
Brief, schedule and revisions
Supply accurate text, images, dimensions, brand information and timely feedback. Initial design concepts generally take 4-5 business days after a complete brief is reviewed, unless your listing or written agreement states otherwise. Multi-page brochures, websites and larger projects may have different schedules. Unlimited revisions, where included, apply to refinement of the agreed design brief. Additional deliverables or a new brief must be agreed before extra work or charges.
Approvals and file delivery
Check spelling, content, dimensions and design carefully before approving artwork. Final files are delivered digitally in the formats included in your package. Printing and physical shipping are not included unless expressly agreed. Proof approval does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. See our Refund & Delivery Policy.
Materials and usage rights
Only provide material you own or have permission to use. The rights and editable files included depend on your selected package and written agreement. Third-party fonts, stock assets and software remain subject to their owners’ licences. Font files are not supplied unless redistribution is permitted. Ask us about licences or ownership before ordering if these are essential to your intended use.
Cancellation, refunds and inactive projects
Our initial-design satisfaction policy and cancellation process are described in the Refund & Delivery Policy. If you become inactive, the project may be paused and a revised schedule agreed when you return. A pause does not automatically remove any statutory refund or other remedy rights.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Package-specific terms, rush arrangements and approval of artwork do not override those rights.

See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Contact us with your order reference and concern so we can investigate. Updates to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively remove agreed rights from an existing order.
