Design Process and Delivery
How Your Project Works
- Choose your service and complete secure checkout. Select rush service for eligible items if you need earlier initial concepts.
- Send your completed brief, business details, text, images and any print specifications. We’ll follow up by email if anything is missing.
- Review your initial concepts and choose a direction. Send clear feedback so we can refine the selected design.
- Approve the final artwork and receive the file formats included in your package.
Turnaround and Revisions
Standard initial concepts are delivered in 4–5 business days after your complete brief and required materials are received. Revisions typically take 2–3 business days per round. For bundled services, the logo is developed first and the remaining items follow approval.
Initial concepts are alternative directions to choose from, not multiple finished identities. Custom character illustration requires a separate discussion before purchase.
